your skin color is part of your identity. It IS ok to be proud of something which is a part of what makes you who you are. Being proud doesn't mean you necessarily brag about it or think you are better than anyone...you can be gracefully proud.

There's nothing wrong with being proud of your skin color. Don't mean to turn this thread into a debate, but I AM proud to be white. If you want a reason then, here I'm proud to be white because my whole life I had to hear what white people did wrong to other races instead of what good they actually done for this country. My other reason is because I like to to say I'm proud to be white because I know sensitive race equality people like you will question it and try to make me look down on my own race.
