"All those injuries"...the only injury confirmed is a broken nose. There's a a write-up somewhere that the medics there that night determined his injuries weren't severe enough to go to emergency.

Okay? I can't say I've paid much attention to the entire situation since they did what I *wanted* them to and actually took the situation to trial to let the legal side handle it. So I'll admit I didn't know what he was specifically being charged for.

Whatever happens, happens at this point. Fortunately for me, this has no bearing on my life whatsoever, so I don't much care.
