I was just saying that rats aren't really things we have to worry about. Yes we have them but not like say how Boston does.

Um. I don't get the, "Only in my city" part because there are TONS of cities that remodel their downtowns to be more attractive and bring in business. Garbage cans happen to be one of those items updated. I think the cans are pretty cool having the name of the city and I like the color.
