What can one say... a very sobering account and a look at what may have been going through the minds of the people involved.
It's to the film's credit that many people that were involved with the decisions of that day played themselves.
A rare movie that emphasises the group effort rather than the individual.

Very good movie. Saw it in the movie theatre when it came out.
