Last film you watched

District 9 :thumbup:thumbup

I'm planning on watching this again. I really really liked the mech in this movie as compared to Avatar.

The Social Network

All I can say is wow. To have so much money at one's disposal, but this movie is about how it all came to be, not the end result.

Should an individual be allowed to have that much money? I'm hoping someone can see the moral problem with this, while the conservatives yell, "go for it!" ;)

Fishing with John

"Fishing with John is a 1991 television series conceived, directed by and starring actor and musician John Lurie, which earned a cult following. On the surface, the series resembles a standard travel or fishing show: in each episode, Lurie takes a famous guest on a fishing expedition. Since Lurie has no expert knowledge of fishing, the interest is in the interaction between Lurie and his guests, all of whom are his friends. Nothing particularly unusual actually happens, but the show is edited and narrated in a way to suggest that Lurie and his guest are involved in dramatic and even supernatural adventures.[1]"

Just plain fun. :thumbup

I admit I eat up the scenery in this movie. It's an incredible exciting world. I assume the extended cut adds lots to that. It shows just how close we are to animated reality... :)

It was just lovely, the extended version is about three hours but you get more backstory on the characters, which was nice :) I agree about the scenery, even though it wasn't 3D like in the cinema it was still impressive!
