RahXephon: The Motion Picture

The new scenes and the alternate ending it had were great, but I hated the retelling of the story from the anime, especially since it reused scenes from it AND rushed right through them. It ruined the dramatic feel in some of the scenes. It's a shame they had 3/4 of the movie with just reused scenes. I would have enjoyed this a lot more if they had more new material and kept the reused scenes to a minimum. I give it a 2.5/5.

Del Torres has got real visual style.

I'm a huge Hellboy fan, disapointed in HB2. It had very similar elements to Pan's Libryinth. The story lacked punch imo although I agree with the visual style.

Just watched Live Free or Die Hard again. If you can get past the over the top stunts, it's entertaining.
