I absolutely love Walleye! We had some last week. Hubby breaded it and pan fried it in canola oil, while I boiled corn on the cob and made mashed potatoes for the sides. :licklips:

Yummy! It's the first time I've had it this summer, but I absolutely love it as well! I breaded mine, but baked it instead. I only made a salad with mine. However, it was EXTREMELY hard no having mashed potatoes and corn with it. That's the norm for me but I'm trying to change how I eat a little at a time. LOL I am still craving the tatos and corn though.
