Gangs consist of drug and land mafia and exortionists....nobody has invaded their territory but situation with Taliban is different. They believe they are fighting a war against the invaders and occupiers...

Gangs are not the same ethnic race as the Taliban,,,and they cannot intrude into Taliban areas,,,,where even armies fear to go...so there must be some reason why Talibans haven't been eliminated despite US waging war on them for the last 12 or more years....
