It's great thickness because you can do whatever you want with them and they don't rip apart. Not filling enough? Ya gotta eat enough of 'em. When you do rest assured you'll be full. I guarantee it.1/8" is still thin and not very filling.

Na...... any round frying pan works great. My wife and I make 'em one at a time and fire 'em in a oven to keep 'em warm. When the batch is done they are all nice and warm. We like 'em with maple syrup. Yummmmmmmm
