Oh my gosh, I just found this thread. HOW EXCITING!!! I did not realize until this thread that you were deaf...I guess it really doesn't come up on the forum, ya know??? Plus I'm new, so I'm not in the know. I remember an actress that used to be on Guiding Light that got the implants. She said that she wasn't prepared for how loud teenagers are. LOL!!! I would guess she was in her mid to late 20s when she got her implant.
