Thats isnt GIA argument...he merely wants it legal...in other words skip the Dr....and get it at the local store.
The regulation comes from the doc not the pharmacy...BTW

DR's recieve financial incentives by the pharm companies to push their products. So of course the DR is going to get his money by pushin said product.

Is it time to legalize pot and reduce the death rate of tobacco and alcohol

That doesnt give the pharms regulation.;)
If we want to get technical,,the true regulation is the law.
GIA wants it changed to a free for all society {no regulation}

come on guys...this is obviously sophistry. don't play his games by twisting his words

There is no...'come on guys'........he posted directly to a very clear question.
I suspect he was quite rattled from the beating he's been taking in debate ( it shows in other posts ) and lashed out with what was on his mind.

Of course, he could refute it.....but it's been said and done and likely to remain in the minds of those that read his response to me.

Or perhaps you meant his explanation was sophistry?
I suspect his response was more to confuse the context of our exchange:

Pretty hard to misinterpret that exchange.

I think GIA has changed directions several times on this.
Some times he argues for drugs to be legal, other times controlled by prescriptions.....which would entail legislation.

Typical GIA logic......argue what ever is convenient for the moment.

Then claim doing away with the drug laws protects children.
Then claim making doctors the legal pushers protects both children and adults.

Nuts.

I guess it all depends which of his posts you start with :D

I posted a long time ago, in this thread, GIA would be better off by convincing the Administration to close and delete this thread and start over with a different premise after an appropriate amount of time so our memories would fade and most would forget what he was claiming.
Well......look what happened :D

BTW....I decided to copy the whole thread......make for interesting reading in the future :)

I remember that...which would have been much easier for GIA.
GIA then could have created a thread with realistic ideals...rather than the failure we have now.

So now the Cavemen equate legalization with destroying western society. :24:

Bless their hearts :D

No.....it was GIA that divulged his reasoning for attacking our society.
I merely asked if he extended that intention to Western civilization.

When you argue for legalization to abuse drugs, I'm well aware you just can't help it :D
