Fasting trends promise energy and weight control, but many struggle long-term. Have you found fasting manageable, or does it drain your focus and motivation?

It is sustainable. I try it on a regular basis and it has helped me maintain health and fitness. It is all about practice.

Whenever I fast in the month of Ramadan, I feel healthy and energetic. Fasting is really a great way to energize your body and it also helps you eliminate toxins from your body. Make sure you eat healthy during Ramadan when you are about to break fast. In my country, many people eat oily foods when they break fast and this can damage health. Non-oily foods should be used to break fast.

I’ve tried fasting a few times, and while the first few days felt energizing, the lack of consistent meals eventually made me sluggish and distracted. It works for some, but personally, I find balanced eating and portion control more sustainable for focus and motivation.

Yes, it is at least from.my personal experience if you can do it why not. Just continue with it and infuse in self discipline
