Inmate "Rights"

But it's difficult to not prove you were a paedophile. Let's say you were caught with 1000's of pictures of naked kids. And it's been proven you own this PC and it's you who have downloaded these pics. You are then a paedophile.

The only thing I don't fully agree with is vigilante groups, yeah it's always good if a paedophile gets his. But let's say you have this backwater inbred place like Wales where people can't read properly and they read this.

Mr Jones, a paediatrician from County wherever.....

They *could* misread that as paedophile and go down and hunt this Mr Jones.

Also, he is a paedophile, that is a very bad crime. I can see what you're saying and currently I fully support telling the prisoners who this person is in this prison. But I'd rather not know he could be out in 5 years (That's a known sentence for them)

This is why it is so wrong to 'kick the shit of a "pedo" program', you might be kicking someone who was falsely accused of such crimes. Justice doesn't work perfectly, if it did, I don't think there would be anyone in jail

Everyone can control themselves, there is no such genes 'to control' what we do, it is a matter of choice what we do

There are genes that determine the range of choices a person is likely to make. Not everyone has the same capacity to make choices; some knowingly and some unknowingly...those who make dangerous choices either way need to be out of the community.

Where did you get this info? From a scientist? If so, have you ever or will question a scientist "research", or do you just accept whatever drivel they seem to come up with?

I have participated in research, myself, in university study regarding neurology and behavior. My background is one of social science, but I love physiology. That field is one of the most empirical and stringent out there- their subject is vast and they have to openly admit they don't know all there is to know yet. What they do know is very accurate. It's all about questioning findings.
