Today he worked with that friend again.

We haven't heard anything regarding the interviews. We are hoping that no news is good news.

He spoke with the national company today and they basically told him in so many words that he had the job, they were just waiting on the final ok from one other person. Unfortunately that one other person's mother just died so he is on funeral leave at the moment. So it is not totally sure, but it is looking good thus far.

That national company called DH late last night and offered him the job.

He signs his background release papers and takes his drug test today.

The job pays almost 25% more than his last job, so it really is a blessing financially which really helps with me being in school more than full time.

I am in 6 classes right now, soon to be in 7 and also I got accepted to shadow at a pathology lab.

wow! Grace it looks like those trying times you have been going through really were a blessing in disguise. Usually in life to appreciate better things (like a 25% raise) it is better for us to be humbled and go through rough times first.
