i had the shittiest day ever.
i was sleeping on the reclyner while my mom was over today and she was out side sitting down reading a book. she comes running in screaming telling me my 72 year old neighbor alice Fell over so i get my ass up so freaking fast and run out side and see my neighbor in her big flower pot. i dint expect to see that at all. apeerantly she fell backwards on it. she was literally laying on it with her head dangling down in the trees. at that time my mom already called 911 and were on the way and at the time was still breathing. but when i got out side i went over to check on her and she wasnt breathing at all and her face looked like she was dead. (this will haunt me for the rest of my life)
well the police woman came running over along with the EMT's and at that point i had to go back inside. i couldnt watch this as they were putting her on the stretcher. i went back out side after they put her in the ambulance and they asked me a few questions that i couldnt answer. and i asked a question i already knew the answer to and the question was is she dead??
the guy said he cant say either way. i already knew when i saw her and knew she wasnt breathing that she had already died.
i cant shake this feeling at all. it is such a horrible feeling. she was such a nice lady and to see her laying in the flower pot with that look on her face is something i will NEVER forget.
my mom was telling me that when she was out side reading she was taking out her trash and putting water in her buckets to water her flowers. next thing you my mom hears and owww and then a thud and saw her. at that point alice was alive and breathing but not talking and my mom called 911 and bang on her door to get her daughter but her daughter wasnt home. she was in mississippi.
i will always remember this day but more importantly i will always remember how she was such a wonderful lady.
she litterally died doing what she loves and that was taking care of her flowers.
