While I don't think a woman dressing like a slut means it's ok for a man to sexually assult her, I do think if you dress in a revealing manner then you're going to have to expect to deal with people treating you with less respect and men responding to you in more of a sexual manner (making comments and such). As Boomer pointed out it's just the way humanity is. We judge each other based on appearance.

I find it amusing that people don't want to be judged on what they look like, and yet they do the same thing to others. It's a fact of life people. Deal with it and move on.

I actually disagree. I've had multiple friends who would sob to me about how they only attract douchebags and don't get why they have such bad luck with guys. I don't have the heart to tell them that if they buy and wear a few respectable, non-trashy outfits a good guy might talk to them. Because that's what it comes down to. They're great girls with a lot to offer, but their image hides that.
I know I wouldn't approach a guy dressed like Flavor Flav. He might be insightful, but I'd never find out. Sad to say but it's the truth.

I think every woman should watch at least 10 episodes of What Not To Wear lol.

I think it's better to be yourself, that way whomever you attract will accept you the way you are...
.....once again, everybody has a different opinion on what's trashy and what's not. I'm going out on a limb here by suggesting that most women are capable of using good judgement when it comes to what they should wear to a job interview and what they should wear on a date.....I guess that goes without saying.

This has been my observation over the years...

The people that tend to roll their eyes and pass judgment on a "slutty" dress are typically people that don't have the body or looks to wear something like that. So I would say that it's mostly jealousy...

There is nothing wrong with hot chicks dressing extremely sexy in the right settings. We have a club near us that cater to hot women and couples. It's similar to skin parties in NYC where only fit and attractive couples and sexy single women are allowed in. The reason for this type of setting is so the women can wear very sexy and revealing clothes on the dance floor without desperate single men hitting on them. I can tell you that it's the best nightlife you can find, an entire club filled with attractive people dressing seductively.

Basically yes. Except that these parties are strictly RSVP and you need to get pre-approved first. But once you are on the list, you don't need to go through that crap again.
And what's wrong with having a private party with "beautiful people"? Where the hot girls can let loose on the dance floor without having a bunch of lurkers and idiots hitting on them all night. It's a niche market that is doing very well in this area.

I beleive it partly. I mean from a womens perspective they are dressing to perhaps get some attention from the male species, on the other hand the man sees a woman dressed that way they automatically are going to think she is easy or she is looking to be "done" There is a fine line between looking sexy and dressing like a slut, sometimes it just goes too far.

Yes you either send a photo or you need to have a friend/member vouch for you.

I would rather party with fun ugly people than a stuck u beautiful person as well, but that isn't the case at these parties. The atmosphere is so much nicer than at typical clubs since most of the people are friends and have attended many of these events. I have yet to meet a "stuck up" person :dunno
If there is one thing I can't stand it's stuck up or conceited people. The couples and girls that go to these parties are not model material, yet you won't find any single guys or supersized girls
