stretch marks can have almost everyone is more genetic rather that have to do with weight a lot of times .. some just have more no matter if skinny or overweight
also most can happen not from only put fast weight but also loosing fast will affect the skin and not to forget pregnancy how much can destroy the skin

am under weight a little and i do have on my tights and butt from the age around 19 thats when i was pregnant
