Yet you're taking the side that the way she handled things was dead wrong... despite only hearing one side of it. You've effectively condemned her and blasted anyone that thinks what happened was fucked up. I'm impressed in your ability to come across as such a hypocrite in such a short span of time.

The OP should never of made a "smart ass comment" as she walked away IMO (that did nothing but contribute to the situation at hand).

I haven't condemned her, only pointing out that there are three sides to a story. Person A, Person B and the truth. Then throw in the fact about the comments the OP has made about work, and one can't help but wonder...

I also never said you need to spend time focusing on flattering other people. Generally speaking, yes, you have work to do and accomplish, but it never hurts to be nice when you have the time.
