Banff was going to be my first guess and yes - parts I should visit that I haven't yet :nod:

Which reminds me - August has come and gone. I try to book in August.

We just wander around when we go up.. I love Johnston's Canyon.. it's where we went on our honeymoon it's amazing! and about 10 min outside the town of Banff.

Yeah I missed most of the summer here being back home.. and that is not a complaint.. I just wanted to go a few places in Ab this summer and I am thinking it's not happening.

Looked that up, how long does this bridge thing last? Looks pretty sweet to walk!

The walk goes all the way to the ink pots.. it's an 2.5 long walk I think.. Jim has done it but I haven't gone all the way up.

Yes Lake Louise has a nice colour.. not sure if we will go that far up this time.

As for the hotel.. we have tons of shots of it already LOL

Just get a hold of Liam ( esp given toddler characteristics) not to run towards the edge(s) of that wooden bridge as it seems like there's not much barricade to hold him in- IJS.
