A cut of something like 0.08% of the 2010 budget. A purely political move to fool people who don't look past the headlines. And you can bet that the new federal dept will put far more power and control in the executive branch and more protection to Obama's corporate sponsors, just like the "Patriot" Act did for Bush, Inc.

Ah, but the difference is that I complain when a repub tries a bait & switch, too, such as when they tried to call the "Patriot" Act an instrument of freedom.
