However, they should probably prepare for litigation, when she sues them for defamation of character, and using the recording without her consent. :dunno

As someone who has sat quietly in a doctor's office for two hours while some loudmouthed talked continuously on a cellphone even though there were signs stating to turn them off in the waiting room. I applaud them for making her look like the ass she obviously is. I have wanted to remove a person or a phone from a situation before. Good for them. If she can't hande herself better maybe she will learn something from this, probably not based on her call. NVM.

This is not an argument between you and I, Fred. I agree that she is a dumb ass and deserved to be removed from the theater. However from a business perspective that was a poor way to handle the situation. That's all.
