Lately it has been very little. 3-4 hours. 5 if I am lucky. I'm hoping to increase this as I love my sleep!

I'm a Nite Owl, that unfortunately has to fly - early in the a.m. to work, so I usually get by on about 4.5hrs a nite. Here's how my "wake up call" usually goes (haha)

Not enough. I probably average about 5-6 hours. My problem is that I can't fall asleep easily.

I am a night owl. I usually go to bed around mid night. Get up at 7:30-8:00 am in the morning. That means, I normally have 7-8 hours of sleep. I also take an afternoon nap for about 30 minutes.

I do make sure I sleep well enough though I do not count the hours or time I spend while sleeping at all. The way my activities goes, I think I do have a minimum of 6 to 7 hours of sleep in a day as I do wake up around 5 am to go out and exercise my body on the football pitch and then after that I do my time in the afternoon sleeping just an hour or sometimes thirty minutes which will make me not to sleep on time at night, sleeping a lot night mostly around 12am or at times 1am.

For me I am sleeping at 2;00am and wake up at 7:00am. So I normally sleep for a total of 5 hours during the week days and spending like 7 hours of sleeping on weekends.

I'm currently working nights so I typically go to bed around 7am and wake up around 3pm. I'm lazy, though, so I usually stay in bed longer unless something gets me up.

Getting adequate sleep is critical for overall health and well-being. While the quantity of sleep suggested varies from person to person, most individuals require 7-9 hours of sleep every night. I get seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
