For years i was having terrible sleep patterns until i took a round of ashwagandha with magnesium bio. It brought my cortisol levels down to a healthy range. Now for about 6 months i would say, I've been getting a regular 8 full hours and waking up refreshed. I never thought i would ever get more than 5 hours or less, some days none at all. It really took a lot out of my health, but now I'm getting better day by day.
I was going to try the ashwagandha. Been taking magnesium for a week or so.

I remembered who you are. It was a sad time.
No sad but typical. You both have TDS. With little interest in discussing. By the way he is an asshole. But the world would be in a way better place if he had won which he would have if the FBI, CIA and the media were ever honest. Take care. Sorry to the OP for being off topic

Well, I usually sleep between 6-7 hours a day more or less rarely sleep 8

Well, I sleep for more than eight hours. The fact of the matter remains that my body needs a lots of sleep. Sometimes I may sleep for more than 10 hours as well, but it depends on how tired I feel. There are times when I sleep for more than 12 hours as well. I think that there is nothing wrong with that because each and every person has their own requirements. I also take antidepressants. When I take antidepressants, then I surely need to sleep for more than 12 hours.

I get around 6 or 7 hours through the week and around 7 or 8 hours on the weekend.

I don't nap unless I'm sick. I hate napping. I don't want to miss stuff.

My sleep pattern keeps on changing. When there is something that disturbs me, I can only sleep in 4 hours. When I am so relaxed, I can spend 7 hours of sleep.

I typically sleep at least 8 hours. I love to sleep. If I want to sleep extra long, I'll take a 10mg edible and a Flexeril before bed. When I do that, I usually get 10 - 12 hours of sleep. If I'm sick, I'll sleep for 14 hours sometimes.

The first time I had Covid, I slept about 32 hours in a 36 hour period. It was awful.

I have not slept for 8 hours. It seems too long for me. I usually sleep 4 to hours. I am used to it. My work starts early at seven, so I have to wake up at 4 to exercise and cook for my breakfast and lunch.

I generally get about 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night, especially if I work in the morning. I usually get anywhere from 8 to 10 hours or more when I'm off for the day. I work overnight once a week get little to no sleep for 24 hours and go to sleep as soon as I come home from my shift.

I sleep for 7 to 8 hours. When I lack sleep, I tend to be unproductive and moody. LOL. This is why I make sure to get enough sleep. However, there are times when I don't, especially when I have some important things to do the next day.
