Only.... 2417 posts to go :ninja

8 is my lucky number, so having all four would be super lucky. I'll probably win millions on the lottery when I get there. Without even buying a ticket.

Imagine how much luck you'd get if you got up to 88, 888 posts then

I can't even comprehend how lucky that would be :ninja

With that amount of luck, I'd probably be able to orchestrate world peace through the medium of cupcakes.

And Alexander Skarsgard would spontaneously decide he can't live another day if he's not providing me with a constant stream of sex and foot massages.

*frantically post whores*

I'm torn between starting another Terry Pratchett, which are short and sweet, or trying the absolute tome my friend Cat has lent me, even though I don't know if it's my thing, and it'll take fucking ages.

It's a fantasy book based on a board game we're playing at the moment, The Legend of Drizzt. I'm very picky about fantasy because the flowery language and tedious amounts of back story can get a bit much for me, but since we're playing the game I said I'd have a look at the book. But it's huge, I was expecting a paperback and got a paperweight :p

I love Terry Pratchett. He's funny :) it's a bit sad though, he's got Alzheimer's now.

I know Terry Pratchett's cousin. She's the mother of a girl I went to school with :D

I keep meaning to read some of his books though I am not sure if it's my cup of tea. My mum is a fan though and me and her have a similiar interest in books, so perhaps I'll like them.

Really?! That's awesome :willy_nilly:

I'm actually surprised to hear you've never tried them because I can see them being your sort of thing. Do you still borrow from the library a lot? I know my local one has a lot of them because they're so popular.

I get out 3 books a week from the library, despite having over 70 books in my To-Read-Box :willy_nilly:

The library in Egham is very very well stocked considering it's a small library (the one in Wycombe was massive but utterly shit. It always amazed me that they had thousands upon thousands of books and absolutely nothing I wanted to read).

Any good ones, I should look out for?

Technically it's a series with a rough timelines, but each book stands alone, and I'm not as fond of the first books as I am of the middle ones. If you can find them, I'd for.... Witches Abroad, Mort, Lords & Ladies, Soul Music, Carpe Jugulum, Guards! Guards! and Night Watch :)

Mm, Saturday.... spending most of the day at my mum's, then getting a massage (which are really freaking working, I haven't had a headache in weeks now) and then coming home... the boyfriend is out at a LAN party tonight so I'll probably be watching girly films and eating potatoes with mayo :ninja

And by that I mean, I managed to do it again after over a year of not doing it, and it came right back :p

Turns out, I really like driving.
