I think yu are missing his point. He isn't arguing the fact that they actually ARE human .. he just doesn't regard them with the same respect a normal human being deserves.

Nothing revokes your basic human rights, absolutely nothing. You can take that up with the United nations Human Rights Council if you want....they'll tell you the same thing.
