Ahhhh yes.
But what about charging animals?
Dirty hands etc?...or say teaching the adolescent how to shoot?
 
And then...IF we did have these implements in place..what is to stop someone from killing someone anyway?
Many people go out suicide style they could care less if they die...then what about passion killings?
As said there really isnt much we can do about it rather than try to drill the value of a human life into ones mind.

Like I said, one thing I learned a long time ago is that Gun discussion is useless.. I am only here because I'm bored.. :24:

Discussing the protection or use of a firearm safely is like asking a smoker to not blow smoke near you.. They will tell you they have the same right to that air as you that's around.. But that's a totally different subject I won't get into :p
