I don't think so. If God exists then it's possible (Richard Dawkins would even say most probable) that God evolved. Such a god is unlikely to be perfect. Infinite power, infinite knowledge, and the ability to be everywhere at the same time sounds impossible to me. I'd say the main function of human sexuality is for reproduction of the species. It is how we humans are designed.
