I cannot learn to keep things to myself. Whether I do or don't is my decision. I and I alone will decide. Drinking a few beers with an old friend while relaxing at the lake will not make me into a drunken monster. I set the goal for no other reason than to prove to myself I can go without. If I drink tomorrow after tomorrow I'll be sober again until the 5th. i am not weak minded as last Saturday showed me.
