Facial Stretching: Do You Do It?

Most of the exercises we do are focused on movement of body below the neck, however in Yoga there are exercises that focus on the specific movements for the face: eyes, jaws, neck, and head. These yoga exercises are for mental, emotional as well as psychological wellbeing. Have you tried stretching facial muscles?

I don’t regularly do facial stretching, but I’ve tried it a few times out of curiosity. I’ve heard it can help with muscle tone and relaxation, though I usually stick to other self-care routines.
