It's like that in France. Paris is a shit hole thanks to inconsiderate dog owners. I was in France once and as I was about to go into a shop some old bint stopped right in the door way, let her dog squeeze a few logs out and then walked away. When I politely asked her if she was going to pick it up she turned round and gave me a barrage of racist abuse.:willy_nilly::thumbdown

yeah that's exactly like here in Spain! I looked after a friends dog last summer for a week, and people were giving me disapproving looks for actually cleaning up the dogs mess.
