Outdoors without a doubt. I lived outdoors (trying to cycle around the world) for over a year and I guess that says everything.
Indoors is just too stuffy and I can't hack it. I have to have the windows and doors open all year round.

I think for me it depends on the activity. I'm big on power walking and for that the obvious choice is outdoors, providing the weather is good as in no rain, not too hot or cold. If it's for anything else, I much prefer to be indoors.

When it comes to me working out, it depends on the kind of work out I am to do as there are some kind of work outs that I do which requires enough space and so I do such outside on the field of play as I train to play soccer rather than just working out for the sake of gaining muscles to be used as a body builder or bouncer.

Unless the weather is really bad, I prefer outdoor activities. I take a morning walk along the riverside every day. I find it very refreshing.

I prefer working out outdoors, especially for activities like walking, cycling, or hiking. The fresh air and natural surroundings make it more enjoyable. However, I also do indoor workouts when the weather isn't ideal or for specific strength training routines.

Clearly indoors, but if I have a patio where I live (because I currently rent) I prefer outdoors in the patio where I live, I am not a big fan of exercising outdoors, let's say running in front of people in a square or exercising, although it is something that depends a lot on the person as such, I prefer more in my privacy or solitude to exercise

Yes, physical activity outdoors lowers a person's blood pressure and heart rate. Exercise outdoors helps me and I feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors.

I prefer working out outside because fresh air and natural surroundings keep me motivated. Plus, it feels less repetitive than indoor workouts. But sometimes, when the weather’s bad, I switch to indoor exercises to stay consistent.

I like outdoors, because when you work out outdoors, it does not feel like you are working out, you feel like it is a fun activity.
