Do you prefer to exercise in the morning or in the evening?

There are people who prefer to exercise in the morning because they feel more energized, and they want to jumpstart their day by sweating out excess fat. Others, however, prefer to do it in the evening, as their stress levels are usually lower. Do you prefer to work out in the morning or in the evening?
 
I do excercise in the morning and later in the evening this routine help me cope with stress and it's ensure that am well and physically fitted to discharge any work within my table
