There are people who prefer to exercise in the morning because they feel more energized, and they want to jumpstart their day by sweating out excess fat. Others, however, prefer to do it in the evening, as their stress levels are usually lower. Do you prefer to work out in the morning or in the evening?

I prefer exercising in the morning. It helps me start the day energized, sets a positive tone, and gives a sense of accomplishment early on. Evening workouts sometimes feel like a chore after a long day.

I go for evening walk. In the morning, I feel very creative and like to work on my projects as well as for clients.
