And what gives him the idea? I have not talked to him, have not seen him, I have not answered to his texts nor to his phone calls or his chat invited. What the heck does give him the idea that now, all of a sudden I have changed my mind?

He didn't do anything so far. He was my classmate from high school. He could say he just wanted to talk to me. I have no real proof against him.

Seriously, I get where everyone is saying total ignore mode is the way to go. And I would addend that to say you actually have one of two paths to go:
Complete ignore
or
scorched earth
Personally, after seeing that total ignore didn't work (he's baaaaaaack), I would give the scorched earth a go.
And it would start with, "Listen here, motherfucker....." :thumbup if you like, I would be happy to type up a script for ya

Well FINALLY I lost it!
The guy called me just a couple minutes ago - I was sleeping, went to bed early because I had a headache.
So he calls, and I look at the caller ID and I debate if I should pick up or leave it ringing -- I can't shut off the sound and it is IRRITATING me to no end, so I pick up and say
"What do you WANT?"
"Nothing, just wanted to call you -- I can hang up if you want"
"Ok - Bye" and I hang up - I don't have the patience, and I just want to go back to sleep -- but I can't. My blood starts to boil and I can't stay in bed. I am fuming, trow aside the things I had on my chair and decide I will blow off the steam online - or whatever, I just need something to get me calmed down again... then the text arrives.
"I don't want to be fighting with you. I want to offer you peace. I'd like you to accept it and that we become friends (again).Pleas answer, with a yes or no. Thank you"
He should have just left me be because I was pissed - actually he shouldn't have even bothered calling me the first place - and I answered to his text.
