school is out for summer dood. and yea, i found a job the day i got my drivers liscense and started the next week. but to afford my car (which I- not parents- pay for) i needed a job. plus a job gives me extra money and financial freedom and independence from my parents. plus real world experience dealing with customers- this is worthwhile shit i can use for the rest of my life. there is a ton of grocery stroes/restaurants doing summer jobs and depending on your performance, you could be kept on throughout the next year. i got my job 6 months ago, and being a hard worker- having job security is a kickass feeling.

enter the real world dude.

it is time for a maturity check- you are a high school grad, right?

well, i guess we americans need a new dictionary, cuz now everything has to be written mature like good ol american blue 99 huh?

maybe we have different paths in life that we chose to take, and therefore our choices are our choices... just because i graduated from high school recently, doesnt mean i cant be a kid anymore... i am a kid at heart... get used to it...

which would you rather be?

a kid at heart, living each day like theres no tomorrow...

or a mature adult, living each day like there is something going to be there tomorrow ready and waiting?

id rather be a kid at heart, carpe diem...

what if you went out today for lunch and on the way back, you were killed in an accident? what would be left of all the straight A's and AP stuf...? straitght A's and AP classes dont mean much to me... for me, id rather fail the first semester of my class, then bring it up to a C just because i can....

heres something for you to think on:

english 4 cp... if i didnt take my exam, i would have passed the class with a 71....

wanna guess what i did?

^^^ :rofl :rofl :funnah

nah, i took the exam and made a 98 on the exam, giving me a class grade of an 81... 10 points in 1 hour and 30 minutes...

now, most people wouldnt expect that from someone who doesnt care... and i still dont.. its just a point to be made that you dont judge a book by its cover...

... if i want to be mature, i will be, it is my choice, nothing you do or say will change that.

if i want to act like a kid, just ignore me... simple as that, no need to make a some big thing out of something so small...

i live each day to its fullest with my future and my family's future in mind. that means 1) knowing when to be mature, and 2) giving a shit about the future so you can do more than just make ends meet.

and if i died today- well... everyone who knew me or of me would say, "damn, that kid had potential, used his potential, and knew what he wanted in life..." to me, that gets some mad respect. whether you agree or not is up to you, but it is possible to live each day to the fullest and care enough about the future of not only yourself, but other peoples' lives you may affect (hell, you may not even know some of them)

i choose to try to make a better life for myself and my future because i have the ability to. not caring shows a sign of rebellious ignorance on your behalf. if you must get me started... well....... you ready for a debate?

your choice.. :D

i do agree with putting some forth of effort to create a more promising future.. just not as much as you do.. and who i impact.. well, that doesnt mean much to me.. im gonna live my life, my way, and if it impacts someone else (positively or negatively).. well i only live my life, no one elses, so.. take it apart if you want to, but im gonna eat me some lunch...

and to me, living each day to the fullest with the future in mind doesnt sound like your living each day to the fullest.. in that you have the future on the mind.. take problems as they come, not beforehand, because you will only create more problems later for you to sovle and i wish to live a life with the fewest problems possible..

now somedays i dont live life to the fullest because i do work on my operating system, which is part of my future.. no doubt it will take a good while, maybe a year or so, but still, thats just about it... if i knew how to get to the beach, id be there... i know how to get to the strip, so ill go there when i feel like it (or whenever i get my helmet to race the pony)...

and now ill eat my lunch :D

im not implying im better, i just dont agree with you outlook.. it is conceited and selfish- thats all

that implies otherwise

well, im not asking you to agree with my outlook on life, and i dont see it selfish or conceited... it is just me... when i came in this world, i was me, when i leave this world, it will be just good ol me... no one else...

when i was born, was it my decision to get born? no.
when i die will it be my decision to die? no.

(im not suicidal)
