school is out for summer dood. and yea, i found a job the day i got my drivers liscense and started the next week. but to afford my car (which I- not parents- pay for) i needed a job. plus a job gives me extra money and financial freedom and independence from my parents. plus real world experience dealing with customers- this is worthwhile shit i can use for the rest of my life. there is a ton of grocery stroes/restaurants doing summer jobs and depending on your performance, you could be kept on throughout the next year. i got my job 6 months ago, and being a hard worker- having job security is a kickass feeling.
enter the real world dude.
it is time for a maturity check- you are a high school grad, right?
well, i guess we americans need a new dictionary, cuz now everything has to be written mature like good ol american blue 99 huh?
maybe we have different paths in life that we chose to take, and therefore our choices are our choices... just because i graduated from high school recently, doesnt mean i cant be a kid anymore... i am a kid at heart... get used to it...
which would you rather be?
a kid at heart, living each day like theres no tomorrow...
or a mature adult, living each day like there is something going to be there tomorrow ready and waiting?
id rather be a kid at heart, carpe diem...
what if you went out today for lunch and on the way back, you were killed in an accident? what would be left of all the straight A's and AP stuf...? straitght A's and AP classes dont mean much to me... for me, id rather fail the first semester of my class, then bring it up to a C just because i can....
heres something for you to think on:
english 4 cp... if i didnt take my exam, i would have passed the class with a 71....
wanna guess what i did?
