Cooking fish

I would mostly boil my fish and sometimes making a deep fry for that matter.

since my health kick a few years ago, I have been enjoying baked fish a while lot more now

Preparing fish at home takes a lot of steps so you could purchase ready-cooked fish if you want to eat fish and skip all these steps because half of the time you come back late from work and then you need to prepare something to eat in half of the hour for you and your family and children however prepare and cook fish takes time longer than that for preparation.

I always love griilked but spicy fish. Just pair it up with roasted yam or potatoes and you are done

I like to eat fish but I find cooking fish problematic. Most of the time, it does not turn out the way I want. I usually fry or grill
