Depends.

Sometimes I fancy a baked fish which is juicy and flakey, other times a crisp and zingy fried fish is nice.

I don't eat fish. I can eat Swai on a very rare occasion and, when I do, it's oven baked.

I didn't vote becuase it depends on the fish.

I liked beer battered cod, sushi, pan fried salmon & trout, grilled tuna, broiled sea bass/grouper... etc etc.

same here

i usually prefer saltwater fish fried, but im not big on saltwater fish anyway. soak it in buttermilk to lessen the taste of being saltwater and deep fry the shit out of it! YUM!! i love fried catfish!!

freshwater, bass and crappie mostly, are baked 99% of the time! put in a 13x9 dish, cut up onions and lots of garlic, season with Tony's, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and spoon in LOTS of butter (seriously LOTS, like half a tub) bake for about 30 minutes and *DROOL* most of the time we throw in some shrimp with it too!!

I only like white fish as in perch, tilapia, etc

I always broil it. Sprinkle on some garlic powder and Lowrys and I am good to go.

Not that I would dislike frying it just that is more of a pain to do as far as preparation and clean up.
