I made broccoli cheese soup.
I melted butter in a pot, added cream and the cheddar cheese blocks. I made sure it was like a thick smooth creme before I added my broccoli.
I added my broccoli, and I think I had it on too high because it started to foam a bit. And then before I knew it my cheese was clumpy.
how do i fix this?
