Personally, as few beans as possible! Every chilli I've tried always has those horrible kidney beans and they are yuck... hence as few as possible.

I'm open to other types of beans however. :nod:

lol. Just about. the other thing we have little disagreements on sometimes (more for fun) is I call his cowboy boots his high heels and his dog tags are his jewlery. Also I like to call his truck a car. That really gets him going ^_^

I make mine with two kinds of beans and then four-five different kinds of peppers, usually ground turkey over beef...spices of course and then a little secret ingredient that's going to make me RICH beyond my wildest dreams someday!! Well, maybe not, but I'm keepin' it! lol

I guess there must be plenty of regional variations, over this way pretty much every chilli I've had only has one type of bean in it - the horrible kidney bean.

I don't toot my own horn really ever...but there is one thing I'm good at and that's cooking...one, because it's an art and you really get to express yourself with it...but mostly because when you get to cook for people you love and care about and you see them enjoy it, well that's the payout right there. There is nothing better than that!
