I make mine with two kinds of beans and then four-five different kinds of peppers, usually ground turkey over beef...spices of course and then a little secret ingredient that's going to make me RICH beyond my wildest dreams someday!! Well, maybe not, but I'm keepin' it! lol
I guess there must be plenty of regional variations, over this way pretty much every chilli I've had only has one type of bean in it - the horrible kidney bean.
