Caught one good fish today

Bass over a pound I generally filet. Less than a pound I cook bone-in. I don't care to eat bass over about 3 pounds.

To say the least you're not one of those who are grossed out by fish with bone in. Good to know :)

I always fillet them, but the best eating part of the fish is the backbone, after the filets have been taken off.
