It’s definitely possible to live without sugar, especially refined sugar. Cutting it out can improve energy levels, skin health, and reduce cravings. However, since many foods naturally contain sugars, completely eliminating it would require careful planning.

Yes, I think it's possible to live without sugar. But it's very difficult for us. If we want to maintain our health and better life so it's need to avoid sugar.

Have you tried cutting sugar completely from your diet? What alternatives do you use for sweet cravings?
I can't leave without suger. Because sweets are one of my favourite dishes. If i want to make any kind of delicious dishes, suger is very important. That's why suger is my favourite.

Of course, anyone can live without sugar. We see hundreds of thousands of people around the world suffering from diabetes every day, which forces them to follow a daily diet. We do not see any problem in their daily lives, whether outside or at home!!

Sugar is naturally present in fruits and grains, so it is not possible to eliminate completely but you can easily cut added sugar. It is possible to live without added sugar

I discovered better alternatives which include coconut sugar and date sugar. That's how I was able to combat my sugar cravings.
