It’s definitely possible to live without sugar, especially refined sugar. Cutting it out can improve energy levels, skin health, and reduce cravings. However, since many foods naturally contain sugars, completely eliminating it would require careful planning.

Yes, I think it's possible to live without sugar. But it's very difficult for us. If we want to maintain our health and better life so it's need to avoid sugar.

Have you tried cutting sugar completely from your diet? What alternatives do you use for sweet cravings?
I can't leave without suger. Because sweets are one of my favourite dishes. If i want to make any kind of delicious dishes, suger is very important. That's why suger is my favourite.

Of course, anyone can live without sugar. We see hundreds of thousands of people around the world suffering from diabetes every day, which forces them to follow a daily diet. We do not see any problem in their daily lives, whether outside or at home!!

Sugar is naturally present in fruits and grains, so it is not possible to eliminate completely but you can easily cut added sugar. It is possible to live without added sugar

It's so difficult to remove sugar from my diet even though I have attempted sugar reduction. I use the natural sweeteners honey and fruit-based sweeteners to control my desire for sweet foods.

I discovered better alternatives which include coconut sugar and date sugar. That's how I was able to combat my sugar cravings.

Well, you can actually remove processed white sugar from your diet but you cannot remove natural sugar that is present in our food

Yes, it's possible for me to live without sugar, and many people find it beneficial for their health. Eliminating or reducing added sugars, which are not naturally occurring, can lead to improved health outcomes.

I don't think so, I'm so used to sugar rubbish that no, maybe if I get used to a supplement that gives the same taste as sugar, yes, I haven't tried it yet, but I quite like sugar as such, so if I make the effort I could perfectly, much more if I find a supplement that works like sugar that gives the same taste to things, but with the little effort I currently make, no, I couldn't, I should do something with that
