Bullied teen win's 440k lawsuit against school

I used to get bullied.
in 2nd to 4th grade, they called me penis pump and I didnt know what they meant.
and finally in 5th grade some asshole said my mom was a biker bitch so I socked him one in the face. Those kids left me alone after that.
I have no problems with popularity nowadays. I have lots of friends now, as well as you guys.

Same with me. When I went into my 7th grade year we had just moved to Arkansas, so I was at a brand new school. There was this guy in the 8th grade that just started in on me for no reason at all. I had never done or said anything to this guy. I took it for a while because I was new and didn't have a real good reputation with the faculty (the principle saw me as an outsider and immediately branded me as a troublemaker). I kept my mouth shut about it as long as I could until my older brother noticed it and told me that the guy won't stop until I whoop his ass. The funny part about it was that other guys noticed it too and they all said that he could kick my ass because he was taller than me. I wasn't aware that height had anything to do with it. Haha!
Well, one day he just pushed me too far and I went to town on him. Can you believe that after all that shit talking and bullying that he didn't even swing at me once? I pummelled his punk ass for about two or three minutes before a teacher saw us and broke up the fight, and he didn't swing once.
Needless to say, he never tried to bully me again after that.
Oh, and the principle really hated my ass after that incident. Prick.

I see this setting off a whole chain reaction of greedy parents who are wanting to cash in on thier childs distress. They should have never awarded that kid that money. He's not the only kid in history to have ever been bullied I'm sure.

Wrong, he is not the only one to take it to the courts, he is the first to win such a large amount, but claims like these are filed way more often then most people realize.

Yeah I think this case is a bunch of bullshit. Everyone may get teased or bullied. What makes him so special? He should have gotten a good kick in the ass from the judge a long with his parents and tell them to stop crying. Just because he's gay doesn't mean he should get any special treatement if the rest of the kids aren't getting it.
