yeah but its a mother giving her child nutrition, thats not a sexual act. Would it be bad if she touched their "naughty parts" while giving them a bath, as well?

I don't think its right, but to throw her in jail for it is a bit heavy handed.

Like I said, I don't agree with it.

But, when I say "sexual maturity" I'm mean they KNOW what is sexual, and what "feels" good applies to a sexual act. They just see it as getting fed, and most likely don't get any sort of pleasure from it. I really doubt the mother does it for sexual pleasure, either.

I don't think breast milk is nutritionally manufactured for the growth needs of an 8 year old child. I'm not looking that up to prove my statement. It's common sense. Therefore common sense is supreme in this discussion. And to argue that it's okay for an 8 year old to suckle means....(fill-in-the-blank).

Very rarely have I known anyone to start that early.

This isn't about sex, and this isn't about touching a sexual part. It's about breastfeeding at 8 years old. The children should be weened off breast milk and given glasses of milk.

This mother is going to give these children problems as they grow up.

prolongued breast feeding is a natural contaceptive and so from a psychological perspective this activity is affecting reproduction and the growth of the gene pool which we automatically dislike.

Well yeah, thats why I'm against it, it may lead to health problems. I don't think the mother is doing it for any sort of sexual pleasure, she's just stupid.


But lets try top keep such damning words such as "abhorrent" out of this. Its not like she's decapitating the kids.

I have a big problem with this. There comes a certain age where a child no longer nees to see the female/male form unclothed. No matter if it is his mother, fater, sister, brother, cousin .. whatever.

It is not healthy for a child to be privvy to these things at such a young age. It's not different than a mother walking around naked in front of her 8 yr old.

Breast feeding is for infants, to gain nutrition .. not for an 8 year old who eats solid foods. This serves no purpose except to the mother .. for whatever mental reasoning. And feel it is an unhealthy reason at that.

there is nothing wrong with extended breastfeeding...but 8 is a little ridiculous....but that's my opinion. I don't think that what she is doing is a crime or meant to be sexual...she probably has good intentions, but she might be a little off her rocker.
