What does this have to do with anything?

I'm not... I was eating a PBJ sammich just now. Lunchmeat sandwiches are for my lunches when I don't want to eat out.

Jelly:

1. a food preparation of a soft, elastic consistency due to the presence of gelatin, pectin, etc., esp. fruit juice boiled down with sugar and used as a sweet spread for bread and toast, as a filling for cakes or doughnuts, etc.
2.any substance having the consistency of jelly.

Jam:

1.a preserve of whole fruit, slightly crushed, boiled with sugar: strawberry jam.

Jelly and Jam are two different entities. Jelly is made from fruit juice, Jam is made from a preserve of whole fruit. But, regardless it's made the same way.

—Usage note Irregardless is considered nonstandard because of the two negative elements ir- and -less. It was probably formed on the analogy of such words as irrespective, irrelevant, and irreparable. Those who use it, including on occasion educated speakers, may do so from a desire to add emphasis. Irregardless first appeared in the early 20th century and was perhaps popularized by its use in a comic radio program of the 1930s.

ok? thanks. Run off now.
