I hurt my elbow bowling a month ago. It still hurts. I think Im retired from bowling.

Been about 5 years since I bowled. I was still hurting from a torn rotator cuff so it was no fun for me.

New league for the Summer first night scores 175-246-190 = 611. Not a bad series.

Fred I bowled 111 and 115 the other day but not exactly the type of bowling you do..

Have you ever bowled 5 pin ?

It's pretty wild and much different..

Never tried 5 pin. I love regular 10 pin bowling.

I love 10 pin as well.. I have had my own ball and shoes for years..

115 was a lousy score at 5 pin but I was only playing for fun with my son on a cloudy day. They have Bowl for Kids Free and I registered him for the summer where he gets 2 free game every day. And for $23.95 you can register the family as well for 2 games every day.

I see they show the Alabama Lanes on here.. Might be some kids you know that can benefit..

I bowl at Bama Lanes in Prattville. They have a good youth program. I have bowled the generation gap league several years. That is one youth and one adult. I did it with my son when he was younger and volunteered to bowl with a child without an adult other years.

Stunk it up last week. Bowled a little better tonight..180..206..196.

Tonight I was at least consistent 202-192-187.
