and I am kind of in the middle of
Midnight in the Garden of good and Evil
by john berendt
but I cheated and watched the movie a few nights ago and now I don't want to read it anymore
and I think he may have fabricated stuff to make the book more interesting anyway
however, it does make me want to visit savannah
