You know, I've often wondered where is the outcry or the denouncement from the so called 'good muslims' when there is a report about something like this.
When there is a problem with other religions we always hear news reports about how the so called 'good _______' are upset and have denounced the offenders, blah blah blah.
Never hear of an out cry or protest from the muslim world though.
Does that silence mean they concur?
Absolutely not. What it does mean is that in the majority of these Muslim countries, they'll be put to death for publicly disagreeing.

I think that has happened to an extent. But at the same time, I think the "good" Muslims don't even identify with the bad ones to where they feel the need to speak out. Kind of like how US Christians don't feel the need to speak out against the IRA. They don't view themselves as part of the conflict. Does that make sense?
"Good" muslims are always speaking out about "bad" Muslims over here whenever there is some kind of stuff like this happening. Not 100% sure but I think the UK representetives who went over there to secure this womans release were from the Great Britain Muslim council.
